This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out the terms and conditions governing the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by Wanderer Labs ("we", "us", or "our") in connection with the services (Communities ID) we provide. By accessing or using our services, you consent to the terms of this Policy.

Communities ID uses the collected data for various purposes:
  • To provide and maintain the Service

  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

  • To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service
  • To monitor the usage of the Service
  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues

3. Transfer of Data

Your information, including personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and by this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

We do not share any Personal Information collected from you with third parties or any of our partners. However, we may disclose information you submitted if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary:

(ii) internally within the Company to conduct business and marketing analysis, and enhance your experience; or
(iii) with our partners as part of the Company’s aggregated data analysis services. If we combine Personal Information with Non-Personal Information, the combined information will be treated as Personal Information for as long as it remains combined.
We may share your Non-Personal Information with our subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively "Affiliated Companies") solely if and when applicable or necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We may share Information, including Personal Information, in the event of a corporate transaction (e.g. sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation, or asset sale). Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these websites and services and recommend that you review their privacy policies.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time.
We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Policy on our website.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service before the change becomes effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
