Welcome to Communities ID, a community-based, fully decentralized identity-Fi (DID-Fi) protocol developed by Wanderer Labs.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations governing the use of our online platform. By accessing our website or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. THEY INCLUDE A MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER WHICH (WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS) REQUIRE ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN US TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN BY A JUDGE OR JURY IN COURT.
1. Communities ID
Communities ID is a community-based, fully decentralized identity-Fi (DID-Fi) protocol based on ‘community tokens’ that can help establish identity consensus and lock the token liquidity.
2. User Conduct
We expect all users of Communities ID to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. No User is allowed to:
interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Platform; or
violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law, including but not limited to the U.S. Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), or which would involve proceeds of any unlawful activity;
impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18;
harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other Users from the Platform by electronic or other means to send unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications;
advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose that is not specifically authorized;
further or promote any criminal activity or enterprise or provide instructional information about illegal activities, including concealing economic activity, laundering money, or financing terrorism;
obtain or attempt to access or otherwise obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Platform;
use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other devices to retrieve or index any portion of the Platform or the content posted on the Platform, or to collect information about Communities ID's users for any unauthorized purpose;
create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses;
access or use the Platform to create a product or service that is competitive with any of our products or services. Create or display illegal content, such as content that may involve child sexual exploitation and pornographic exploitation;
Create or display NFTs or other items that promote suicide or self-harm, incite hate or violence against others, or doxes another individual;
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including creating or displaying illegal content, such as content that may involve child sexual exploitation, or encouraging or promoting any activity that violates the Terms of Service;
Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Wanderer Labs retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to Communities ID, including all content and software. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our express written permission. You acknowledge that any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for any information you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as these Terms, including the User Conduct requirements outlined above.
4. Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy is a part of these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy here, which also governs the Platform and informs Users of our data collection practices.
5. Modifications to Terms of Serivce
Wanderer Labs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. We will also notify you, either through the Platform user interface, in an email notification, or through other reasonable means. Any such changes will become effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after they are posted, except that changes addressing new functions of the Platform will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Platform and after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
6. Termination
If you breach any of the provisions of these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access to Communities ID at any time, for any reason, without notice. If we terminate your account, you must cease using our platform immediately and destroy any copies of our intellectual property in your possession.
7. User disputes
You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with any other Users in connection with our services and Wanderer Labs will have no liability or responsibility with respect thereto. We reserves the right but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with disputes between you and any other user of our platform.
8. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wanderer Labs relating to your access to and use of the Service. These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you without the prior written consent of Wanderer Labs, and Wanderer Labs's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for reference only and shall not be read to have any legal effect.
